PAYMENT
When checking out you will have the option to choose a preferred payment method. Streaty Tours does not charge any transaction fees to customers. Website users do not need to deny any express consents in order to prevent extra transaction fees.
Payment can be processed by using one of the following options:
- Paypal (including credit card)
- Credit Card
- Bank Transfer
Customers can use Paypal gateway to pay with a credit card or debit card. It is not necessary to have nor create a Paypal account. Paypal payment gateway is quick and safe. All succesfull payments are promptly and automatically notified via email.
Credit card payment option is processed on secured servers and managed by the online payment gateway company STRIPE Fareharbor. Streaty Tours does not have access to purchasers’ credit card datas in any stage of the money transaction.
Customers also have the chance to pay via bank transfer. To do this customers are required to contact Streaty Tours by sending an email to info@streaty.com
Streaty staff will provide all directions to finalize the payment process.
CANCELLATION, AMENDMENTS AND REFUND
Clients have the right to cancel their booking and doing so receive full refund by giving a 3-day cancellation notice prior the tour date (7 days for private tours). Once passed this deadline, clients have no longer the right to cancel or modify their booking and will be charged with a 100% penalty, no matter the reason of the cancellation. Same policy is applied for date change requests. Streaty does not pay any compensation nor refund in case of booking cancellations occured due to third parties’ disruptions (eg. airline or cruiselines delays/cancellations).
Tours are run rain or shine. However, Streaty Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour and proceed to refund for safety reasons (eg. floods, earthquakes).
When refund is due, Streaty Tours Srls will reimburse total amount using the same payment method used by the client at the time of booking. If Streaty Tours is forced to cancel a service, it commits to fully refund the amount paid by the client at the time of booking. By accepting the refund, the client waives any right to additional forms of compensation. The above mentioned 3-day cancellation policy (7 days for private tours) is also applicable to “partial cancellations” (eg. cancellation of part of the group previously signed in a tour) and any other changes made to the original booking.
If you have purchased a tourist service with Streaty and for some reason you need to cancel and ask a full refund of paid amount, please proceed as it follows.
HOW TO CANCEL OR MODIFY A RESERVATION AND ASK FOR A REFUND
Whenever you purchase a tourist service with Streaty Tours you have the right, as a consumer, to receive a full refund of paid amount by sending to Streaty Tours a cancellation notice at least 3 days prior the scheduled tour date.
To cancel your reservation please write an email to info@streaty.com providing your full name and order number
Streaty Tours Srls will consider your request and, if conditions are met, you will be fully (and promptly) refunded by Streaty Tours Srls through the same payment channel you had used at the time of booking. If for any reason, the payment method chosen does not work properly, you will be contacted by Streaty staff and asked to provide details to proceed other ways.
