This isn’t just a shopping trip! You’ll learn how locals buy their ingredients, from bargaining like a pro to spotting the freshest produce, seafood, and spices. Once our shopping is done, we’ll head to Marco’s home, the place where the real magic begins! Forget those spacious and cold professional kitchens that makes you feel lost and intimidated. Under Marco’s guidance, you’ll cook up traditional dishes while hearing Marco’s family stories.

You will eat what you will cook with your beautiful hands. The menu is decided on the spot depending on the season and Marco’s suggestions. We tend to build up a mixed meal including seasonal vegetables, carbs, fish and/or meat. A full meal will take shape in Marco’s cozy kitchen, from appetizers to a final Sicilian dessert!
